Join a supportive, small group of 5-7 women for a 6-week journey of healing and self-discovery. These weekly 90-minute sessions offer a structured yet nurturing space to explore and understand burnout, exhaustion, and the emotional toll of constantly giving more than you have.

Together, we create a safe, confidential environment where your voice is heard, your experiences are honored, and your well-being is the priority.

what to expect

A holistic burnout group for women

Each session is thoughtfully designed to offer a blend of holistic education and experiential practices that support emotional, mental, and physical healing. Over the course of the program, you'll experience:

  • Art Therapy – Tap into your creative self to process emotions beyond words

  • Reflective Journaling – Guided prompts to explore your inner world

  • Group Sharing & Discussion – Build connection and insight through honest conversation

  • Breath Work & Somatic Practices – Learn tools to calm the nervous system and come back to your body

Each week, we explore a new theme that gently builds on the last — from identifying the roots of burnout to exploring self-compassion, boundaries, nervous system regulation, and sustainable practices for recovery.
