  • Many attendees do! This is a welcoming and supportive space

  • Movement will be held outdoors (weather permitting). Other portions will be held at a Denver area Airbnb (Westminster area) using the comfortable backyard setting as well as inside the home.


  • Not at all. Everything is beginner-friendly and guided.

  • Wear comfortable clothing and bring your journal. The rest will be taken care of
